Why does it take so long to have my profile approved?
We value quality over quantity. It is especially important as we are providing service in the niche that is still sensitive. Since we are offering a high quality service, which is much more advanced than in most other dating-portals, we would like to share with you some details about our profile approving system. The order of approving profiles is based not on the time of submitting profile but on the effort you put in preparing it. The higher quality of the profile, the higher you are in the automated “approving queue”. This means, that all submitted profiles are ordered by the automated system, which working details you will find further. Profiles, which are on the highest positions in the “queue”, come to us for a manual approval. We appreciate the time and work you put in your profile and we reward those, who take it as serious as we do. In other words: the more information you provide us and the more high quality pictures which comply to photo guidelines you submit, the faster your profile will be approved.
How does it work in practice?
Our priority is a solid customer service. In the first place we are taking care of sustaining service for our existing members. Help and support is offered to whoever needs it. The priority is profiles of payable members. From all existing non payable users, we provide help and support to those, who are active members of our community, using credit system, interacting with other members, improving their profiles and making this site alive. Verified profiles go before unverified ones.
System
From all new users, in the first place, we approve those, who really completed their profiles. This includes filling in section “About you” – in the way, which answers questions contained in the description “Tell the others what makes you unique. Describe your desires, perfect date, hobbies, interests, etc...”, filling in all required and non required fields, adding maximum allowed number of pictures – high quality pictures, that follow the photo guidelines. We especially want to focus your attention on the fact, that photography of genitalia can not be a profile picture!* If you are fond of your private body parts, add picture to your profile, album or private album – but make sure it is not your primary profile photo.
Profiles are automatically sorted in this order, before we manually approve them:
- profiles, which have filled in all fields (required and non required), added maximum allowed number of photos and a salute photo
- profiles, which have filled in only required fields and added maximum allowed number of photos
- profiles, which have filled in all fields (required and non required) and added less than maximum allowed number of photos (within this group profiles are sorted from the one with highest number of picture to those with the lowest i.e. 5, 4, 3, 2)
- profiles, which have filled in only required fields and added less than maximum allowed number of photos (within this group profiles are sorted from the one with highest number of picture to those with the lowest i.e. 5, 4, 3, 2)
- profiles, which have filled in all fields (required and non required) and added only 1 photo (necessary to create a profile)
- profiles, which have filled in only required fields and added only 1 photo (necessary to create a profile)
Profiles that are missing required fields or have no pictures will not be approved.
Low quality photo(s) will be qualified as picture(s), which does not comply with the photo guidelines and therefore, will not be approved. As last ones we check profiles which are uncompleted and contain mistakes.
Please read questions and guidelines carefully to avoid mistakes. Every mistake you make on your profile will result in the system automatically moving your profile to end of the queue and starting the process from the beginning.
*In special cases, the exception can be made for pictures which have a high artistic value.
