1st BREAKFAST
- 1 container of low-fat yogurt (226g) with 1 banana and 30g of mixed nuts
2nd BREAKFAST
- 4 large whole eggs with half of avocado and 1 packet cream of wheat
LUNCH
- 115 g of turkey with 2 slices of whole-wheat bread and half of avocado
BEFORE THE WORKOUT
- 1 scoop whey protein (in water) and 2 slices of white bread with 1 table spoon of peanut butter
AFTER WORKOUT
- 1 scoop whey protein (in water) and 1/3 cup dextrose
DINNER
- 170 g of steak with 1 cup of cooked white rice and 1 cup of cooked cauliflower
SUPPER
- 220g of cottage cheese with 25g of mixed nuts and 1 packet cream of wheat
