I assume most of you know who Socrates was. Teaching students to think for themselves to challenge whatever they have been told... he was accused for heresy. During the trial he said to the court: "The unexamind life is not worth living."
Do not take things for granted. Don't fall for "this is how things are done", "you can't do this", "this is how your life supposed to look like", "you should do this and that because everybody does this". Monogamy is a choice - not "the only way" of living your life! You can choose to be in a monogamous relationship, in a polygamous one, or go for any other alternative form of relationship. Remember that relationships are like cloths - ther is no one-size fitting all. What I am trying to say, is that no matter what you decide, you should be at least aware of all the possibilities and all the options. Instead of following the crowd, become active and choose smartly what is the best for you and what will fulfil your needs. Do not chase other people dreams, make your own come true. Experiment, try different things and think for yourself. Between black and white exist a whole range of gray colors - dicover them! It is your life and you are free to make your own, free choices without been judged.
